I love Hasselback potatoes. My husband can never remember their name and just calls them "David Hasselhoff potatoes". It's catchy. I made one of these babies for lunch today.

My Hasselback adventures just got easier and more delicious. I finally picked up a silicone baking brush which makes "painting" the potato scallops a breeze. I've also been cooking with a California "version" of garlic salt. The label says it's just garlic salt and parsley, but I dunno. It really tastes amazing.
